Main construction content: Due to the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry in recent years, the demand for lithium batteries is also constantly increasing. Based on the strong market demand for lithium batteries, the company plans to phase out existing intelligent electric tailgate products and retain existing production equipment. It will add CNC machining centers, shot blasting machines, sandblasting machines, painting lines, anodizing assembly lines (nickel sealing holes), hydrocarbon cleaning machines, laser welding machines, and other equipment. The purchased aluminum, steel plates, and battery module components will be processed using processes such as machining, shot blasting, surface treatment, painting, hydrocarbon cleaning, and welding to implement the "Lithium Battery System Technical Renovation Project". After the project is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 30 million sets of lithium battery structural components and 100000 sets of lithium battery packs.

Due to the production site requirements, the enterprise plans to build 5 new factories and ancillary buildings on the basis of the existing factory buildings; At the same time, in June 2022, a factory usage agreement was signed with Anhui Jinyu Lamp Industry Co., Ltd. located at 49 Jincheng West Road, Langxi County Economic Development Zone, for the production of lithium battery packs in this technological renovation project. After the completion of the technological transformation, the production capacity of the Jinniu East Road factory area is 30 million sets of lithium battery structural components and 50000 sets of lithium battery packs per year, and the production capacity of the Jincheng West Road factory area is 50000 sets of lithium battery packs per year.
